Carsten Ahr
The Ahr family has been active in the real estate business since 1890. Together with his twin brother, Carsten Ahr expanded the Ahr Service family business (today called: Apleona Ahr Healthcare & Services GmbH) to become one of the leading system providers of real estate services. Since the founding of Prosperis in 2006, Carsten Ahr has concentrated on the management of real estate investments, together with the supervision and management of the related portfolio.

Andreas Landertshammer
After working for a number of years an architect in San Francisco, he became Director Construction at Tishman Speyer Properties in Berlin, with responsibility for various positions in the Friedrichstadt Passagen and Sony Center projects. As the Managing Partner of Feri Real Estate GmbH (today called: FREO GmbH), he was in charge of the project development and real estate investment areas on numerous large-scale projects and transactions in Europe. Since 2003, he has been an independent Development & Investment Consultant advising and supporting family offices, foundations and institutional investors. One focus here has been on residential, office, retail and hotel transactions, as well as on project developments.
